Problem validating single-letter titles

In version 232, the validation module might report an exception if the filing indicator check was run on a title that consisted of one-letter.

For example:

245 00$aA$h[sound recordsing]

If this title was encountered, a message like the following would pop-up,

and the program would continue to operate normally.

This problem has been fixed and these titles will no longer generate an exception.
