MARC Global display problems

In MARC Global, the form that displays for entering patterns would sometimes not redraw as intended when going backward through the review interface.

The problem was, in essence, that since these form displays are somewhat context-sensitive, when going backward (under certain situations–e.g. after running a review–and when certain options were used on the original pattern form), the context was sometimes lost, and as a result, the form would not display correctly. This problem should be solved in 233.

If you do notice a form that doesn't seem to redraw correctly, please send us the steps to reproduce the problem and we will fix it.
