MARC Analysis reports an exception

MARC Analysis reports an exception for records that contain an OCLC prefix that is not followed by a number portion. For example, if a record contains the following field:

035  $a(OCoLC)ocn

MARC Analysis will report 'There was an exception while analyzing record #[n]' in the status bar, where [n] is the record number in question. (LD)
