Import from Text problem

There was a strange problem in the Import-to-Text utility where if you selected 'Options' from the Import form, and simply used the default options, the import would always fail; but if you just ran the Import without going to the Options form, the Import would succeed. (HR)

Fixed in 2.32

Another minor problem was that, in the default import format, the utility would always report '0 text records read'. It will now attempt to report a more meaningful statistic.
