MCU: View options--Bottom Status bar

The bottom status bar displays some general info about the run:

• The MARC File we are reviewing
• The PLP Match Rules used to produce the file
• The Library Load profile used to produce the file, and
• The type of run (may not be visible on a narrow display).

When the bottom status bar is added to the basic display example, the screen looks like this:
