When you start the program, you see the popup about registration, but the main window (with the picture) does not display on your desktop.
This problem typically happens when switching from two monitors to one monitor, or vice-versa. It might also happen if you are syncing or restoring your documents from a backup or another computer.
To fix this problem:
Close MARC Report. Either right-click on the taskbar icon for Marc Report and select 'Close window', or use the Task Manager to end the process.
Go to your MarcReport folder (eg \Documents\MarcReport), open the folder called “Options”, and find the file named:
sessionOptions.ini
Delete this file and start the program.
If you run into a similar problem with MARC Global or MARC Review, the file to delete is called:
myMarcGlobalOptions.cfg
