Verify writes MarcErr files to incorrect directory
When the Verify utility runs into a record with MARC structural errors, it tries to dump it it to a text file called 'MarcErr#####.txt', where '#####' represents the sequence number of the record in the file.
In the current version, these records are dumped to the 'C:\' folder, which is a bug on two accounts, since, first, output from Verify is supposed to follow the option called 'Results Folder' on the Files & Directories page, and second, in many systems, only users with Windows Admin access will be able to write to the C:\ folder.
